03. April, 2010 Actually we filled in for another band that cancelled out at the last minute. Our friend "der Rocker Reiner" gave us a call and asked if we were available on April 3rd, and as we were, he gave me the number of Nik, the Secretary of the MC-Free Eagles. A few e-mails latter we were booked. When we arrived some of the bikers helped us unload which is always a welcomed gesture. The club house was very nice, warm and cozy and the crowd very mixed with bikers of all ages, there were wives and their kids. We set up our equipment and then mixed a little with the crowd while enjoying bar-b-que, and other goodies from the buffett. All in all we too had a good time and hope to play there again later in the year as one the bikers asked if we could play at his birthday party. |
